So hell yes – I’m sick and disgusted with a racist press slamming both Serena and Duchess Meghan and who attempt, at every opportunity, to blame “something” negative on these two outstanding women of color.
Instead of supporting and highlighting their good deeds, the media has opted to demean and malign their hard work by steering people’s minds to irrelevant subjects.
I confess, I would see sensational headlines on the Internet and click to learn more, only to discover they were abusive, incorrect, unsubstantiated and downright racist reports.
Your arrogance in thinking your propaganda campaign so lacking in subtlety will succeed, shows a level of arrogance that is gross and sordid and cheap; but so at home in the gutter where the British press seems to dwell.
Was the duchess and her husband wrong for being excited at the prospect of being first-time parents? Was she wrong for openly appreciating the fact that she now carried life inside her body?
Instead of unifying with the Royals, too many reporters and correspondents use their platform to sabotage the charity organizations simply because Duchess Meghan will not conform to their demands for access to their private life and be allowed to take photos of Master Archie.
What does the Duchess of Sussex have that the haters do not? She has intellect, charisma, outstanding work ethics, beauty, charm, love for her fellowman, to name a few.
I have been moved to tears to see the unwarranted hatred and malicious sniping lobbed at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex ever since Harry decided to “up his game” and marry this woman.
What has thoroughly impressed me this year though, is how the Duchess has amazingly managed to maintain that positivity when so much negative is put out there on a daily basis.
Each time a strong Black woman thrives in a space that is felt to be the exclusive domain of whites, an obstacle course to block her path emerges.
